Common requests

Delete your account

You can delete your Boolip account and its data at any time from within the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account), or by emailing support@boolip.com from your registered address. We erase your personal data within 30 days, except limited records we are legally required to keep.

Report content or a player

Use the in-app report option on any clip, comment, profile, or message, or email support@boolip.com. We review every report.

Account or sign-in issues

Trouble signing in or with your account? Email support@boolip.com with the email address on your account and a short description, and we’ll sort it out.

Submit a game
