Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Boolip Ltd, company no. 517350443, David Saharov 3, Rishon LeZion, Israel (“Boolip”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Boolip app or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Boolip is a social arcade. We offer a curated feed of short, hand-picked HTML5 games, head-to-head duels between users, daily leaderboards and challenges, and social features such as profiles, follows, comments, and messages. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time.
3. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using Boolip you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@boolip.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create on Boolip — comments, clips, profile details, and messages (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Boolip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to share it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, share, or transmit content that:
- is illegal, or that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors (zero tolerance);
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, or gratuitously violent;
- promotes terrorism, self-harm, hate, harassment, threats, or doxxing;
- infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service;
- impersonates others, spams, or manipulates leaderboards, scores, or duels through cheating, bots, or exploits.
Fair play matters: using automation, exploits, or manipulation to influence rankings is a violation.
7. Moderation & Enforcement
We use a combination of automated filtering, community reporting, and human review. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. If you believe an action was a mistake, you may appeal by emailing support@boolip.com.
8. Third-Party Games & Content
Games offered on Boolip may be developed or licensed from third parties and run inside a sandboxed environment. Such games are provided as-is; the rights to each game remain with its respective owner. Links or references to third-party services are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for third-party content.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boolip and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
12. App Stores (Apple & Google)
Boolip is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from. These Terms are between you and Boolip Ltd only, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content and have no obligation to furnish support or to handle any claims relating to it. Where you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. When changes are material, we will revise the version string above and notify active users so you can review and, where required, re-accept.
